The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 37                                                             
"An Act relating to smoking education and cessation programs                  
administered by the Department of Health and Social Services."                 
                                                                               
HB 37 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                 
Finance Committee.
